BIOGRAPHY
New York born, Israeli based Clarinetist and Bass Clarinetist, conductor & educator. active in Classical, Jewish, Klezmer, Jazz and World music.
Orit brings the various styles to the stage, intertwining them to expand the boundaries between genres, sometimes even blurring them.
Her vision is to engage audiences of all ages in connecting classical music with ethnic music, primarily aiming to bridge different generations to traditional Jewish music from both Eastern and Western traditions, from klezmer to Ladino and Middle Eastern music.
