The Cane Trio was established to perform original compositions alongside arrangements from the classical music literature, aiming to encourage the composition of original works for the ensemble by excellent Israeli composers.
Since its founding, “The Cane Trio” has held many concerts across the country, including at the Israeli Music Festival, The Mormons Music series, Tel Aviv Museum and more. The trio aims to introduce the beloved classical music to audiences of all ages.
The program combines works by Bach, Mozart and Beethoven with excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker”, “Swan Lake,” as well as klezmer tunes and Israeli songs by composers as Yoni Rechter, Naomi Shemer and others, all with unique arrangements.
